Für Analysen arbeite ich unter anderem mit Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL, R und SPSS. My M.Sc. in Work, Organization & Health Psychology is complemented by experience in HR operations, compensation, workforce reporting, coaching and programme delivery. Zu meiner Erfahrung gehören außerdem operative Leitung in Beschäftigungs- und Karriereangeboten sowie die Arbeit in einem Deep-Tech-Start-up an der Schnittstelle von KI, Wissenssystemen und Research Operations. My background also includes operational leadership in employment and career-development services and deep-tech start-up experience spanning AI, knowledge systems and research operations.
